Baby Todd items are made of: 

Bamboo Range - 95% bamboo and 5% spandex 

Cotton Range - 95.2% cotton and 4.8% spandex (ribbed) 92% cotton and 8% spandex (slub).

Why did we choose Bamboo? 

Sustainable - grows quickly and there's no need to spray it with pesticides, meaning no harmful chemicals in your clothing. 

Ecofriendly - it's a planet-friendly crop as it requires no chemicals to help it grow and very little water. 

Helpful to skin sensitivities - it contains antibacterial and hypo-allergen properties, usually making it ideal for your skin, especiallly babies and kids who suffer from skin allergies, eczema etc. Keep in mind, when sourced correctly and ethically, Cotton Fabric can also have these properties, too! 

The perfect trans-seasonal fabric - it can help regulate body temperature, making it the perfect item to wear all year round! 

Absorbent - sometimes more than cotton. Meaning it is more comfortable for those sweaty days and nights! 

Amazing feel - comfort is important, especially when it comes to our kids, right? 

Durable - Bamboo usually withstands daily use and regular washing, more than most other fabrics. 

Our Bamboo Basics are 95% BAMBOO and 5% SPANDEX. They do not include Viscose. While there is nothing wrong with buying items that are Bamboo and contain Viscose (which most Bamboo items are), the points above refer to fabric which is almost all Bamboo. This is also another reason why it is harder to source a lot of colours of Bamboo fabric, whereas Bamboo/Viscose is easier to find. At BT we sourced it with spandex to make sure they were super stretchy for your kids with bigger heads (like mine), for their ultimate comfort, for longer lasting wear, which means we have more control over the supply chain process and labour conditions, as best we can. So your kids will be able to wear them season after season, rather than just one season! And finally, in order for them to be as versatile as possible. We have put the same time, research, education and effort into our Cotton Range, too. 

An added bonus? Tagless basics. 

Everyone's annoyed by their clothing labels and we made sure that ALL your kids clothing will remain label free 🤗 while also making it easy to check their sizing!

Baby Todd is an environmentally friendly brand. We use compostable, biodegradable & recyclable packaging wherever possible. We understand that it is also impossible to be 100% sustainable, but we try to do everything we can to make this possible. Our products are ethically made in the People’s Republic of China and our versatile Bamboo Basics are ecofriendly; they have been sourced from factories that meet high standards of environmental practices including sourcing fabric sustainably, as best they can. 

Although our Cotton basics are sourced from these same factories and manufacturers, due to the stock amount purchased, they cannot be considered as "Ecofriendly". If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please do not hesitate to send us an email at: info@babytodd.com.au

Cold machine wash, with similar colours

For our Bamboo Tops in size 0-3m to size 1: Our Bamboo fabric is already extremely stretchy. Most times you do not need to unbutton these to use your top. They are functional though, but hard and tight to snap on and off for safety reasons. They have also gone through multiple testing phases, including torque force & strength attachment. Keep in mind to always gently remove these, if need be, and to always follow the washing instructions provided above. We suggest using the delicate wash setting on these and placing them in wash bags is recommended.

Yes, and legally all washing instructions/care labels and fire warning labels have to be given to the customer with their items, no matter what brand/store you shop with! 

Baby Todd has done the hard work for you because we know how annoying these labels can be, and based on our own experience with our kids, we spent so much time and ruined so many clothes, cutting these labels off! We have included all necessary labels in either a biodegradable polybag (Bamboo Range) or a recyclable envelope (Cotton Range), which are attached to your hangtag. 

These must be returned with your items if you're exchanging them.

International shipping is available with DHL. Dispatch time frames and standard shipping costs are as follows: 

New Zealand: Flat Rate of $20. Allow 1-5 business days (or more for remote destinations and islands).

Rest of the world: Flate Rate of $30. Allow 1-5 business days (or more for remote destinations and islands).

International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon reaching its country of destination. You will be responsible for paying all customs and import duties and acknowledge that failure to pay may result in your order being held at customs. We will not be liable for any costs you may incur in having your order released from customs, including reimbursing you for any customs or import duties you may pay. 

Please note that due to COVID19, there are higher-than-normal deliveries being processed, which may cause a delay on usual delivery times on all domestic and international deliveries. This is inclusive of Express Post, which is still available and will continue to be prioritised when chosen at checkout. Keep in mind, Express post may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. We want you to be happy with your BT purchase, so if there is a problem with sizing or colour choice, you are welcome to return your item for an exchange within 21 days of dispatch. We ask that you email us at info@babytodd.com.au to sort this out.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is deemed faulty. 

You will receive one of the following: 

-a credit note in the form of an e-voucher or online giftcard which includes the total amount paid of the item/s returned. This will be emailed to you after we process your return and excludes the shipping fees paid. You will have 6 months to use it and the full amount must be redeemed in one transaction. 

-a refund (if the item is deemed faulty) 

Your items must be returned to us in brand new condition - not washed or used, in their original packaging, including all hangtags and labels in their poly bags. Please note - as we are a tagless clothing brand, all fire warning and washing instruction labels must be returned with their items, inside the polybag (which is attached with the hangtag). This also applies to faulty items. International customers must return their items within 30 days, for an exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

At BT, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. All items are carefully inspected before being packaged and posted out to you.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately via email at info@babytodd.com.au with your order number and the fault description, including photos if you can. This way we can organise to have it picked up or posted back to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Upon assessment by BT, if the item is considered faulty, we will refund the purchase amount of the item including the shipping fee paid, to the original payment method. Please email us a copy of the shipping receipt to info@babytodd.com.au

Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Estimated dispatch time - within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has been placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please allow extra time for dispatch. It will generally be dispatched by the following Monday. 

Estimated delivery times: Standard shipping - please allow 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Please allow extra time during busy sale periods. 

All orders from Baby Todd, by default, are Authority To Leave. They will not require a signature, but will be left at the customer's address in a safe location. If you prefer to sign for your order, please leave a comment on checkout, and we will try our best to accomodate this.

If you place an order for a pre-order item: 

You acknowledge that our usual in-stock shipping times will be delayed. 

You acknowledge that where a pre-order purchase has been made, we are often unable to provide a dispatch and delivery date and any suggested dispatch and delivery date, is an estimate only. 

We will always notify you of any updates or changes to pre-orders via email or our instagram page.

You will recieve a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We have made our size guide very simple. Sizing is based on Australian standard sizing. Clothing should fit true to baby/toddler/child's age, unless you want a more cosy or baggy fit. If so, we suggest going up or down a size. 

E.g. an 8 month old baby should wear size 6-12 months A 4 year old child should be able to wear size 4.

We recommend sizing up when purchasing the Bamboo Hangout Shorts as they run slightly small, due to their style. Our Adult Everyday Tee is standard unisex sizing. You can find the size guide in the photo section of the product description.
